Information we collect

When you submit the quiz, our server receives your answers, ZIP code, age, tax-household size, name, email address, phone number, consent choice, and referral information to process your result.

How we use information

We validate your answers and calculate an educational starting point to display on this website. On our main quiz, we send your answers and contact details to our customer-management system so a licensed insurance agent can call you about your result. On our call-first quiz, we instead show a phone number you can choose to call; when you call, we use your quiz answers and location to route the call to a licensed insurance agent, and the call may be recorded after an announcement. The quiz does not look up actual plans or send your result by email.

Health information

The quiz records only whether you selected yes, no, or unsure for a broad health-history screen. Do not enter medical records or diagnosis details. The quiz is not an insurance application or underwriting decision.

How information may be shared

Your quiz answers, contact details, and any call recording may be shared with Health Helpers Insurance Agency, LLC, its licensed agents and authorized staff, our customer-management system provider, the insurance agencies or networks that answer a call, our telephone, hosting, and communications providers, and authorities when required by law. When conversion tracking is enabled, we share a hashed form of your email address, phone number, and name, a random submission identifier, and advertising attribution information with Meta Platforms to measure quiz submissions.

Calls and texts

On the main quiz, contact permission is presented beside an unchecked consent box. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke it by replying STOP or telling the caller to stop. On the call-first quiz, any call is one you place to the number shown on your result page.

Website storage

A random submission identifier, your entered answers, and contact details stay in page memory while you complete the quiz; the quiz does not save them in browser storage. Hosting providers may retain ordinary request logs.

Website analytics

We use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to track page visits and, when enabled, completed quiz submissions through browser and server events. A shared event identifier helps Meta deduplicate those events. We do not include quiz answers or a recommendation in the events we send.
