How we use information

We use this information to provide your educational coverage result, connect you with a licensed insurance representative, compare available coverage options, document consent, prevent duplicate submissions, and improve the quiz.

Health information

The quiz records only whether you selected yes, no, or unsure for a broad health-history screen. Do not enter medical records or diagnosis details. The quiz is not an insurance application or underwriting decision.

How information may be shared

Information may be shared with INSURANCE ADVERTISING MASTERS, LLC, its licensed agents and authorized staff, coverage providers necessary to fulfill your request, consent-verification vendors, hosting and communications providers, and authorities when required by law. We do not send your health-screen answer to advertising platforms.

Calls and texts

Contact permission is presented beside an unchecked consent box. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke it by replying STOP or telling the caller to stop.
